About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our team. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our business needs and technical solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, advanced knowledge of e-commerce, and exceptional analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Document Requirements: Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirements, user stories, and workflows for developing and improving business technology applications.
  • Prepare Test and Business Use Cases: Lead the testing process to validate new technology solutions and ensure thorough testing and meeting acceptance criteria.
  • Offer Guidance and Support: Provide expert business technology guidance to business teams, ensuring a smooth development lifecycle from conception to launch.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Spearhead cross-functional projects and serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and Maintain Training Systems: Create, document, and maintain training systems to enhance organizational capabilities and improve knowledge and skills relevant to e-commerce applications.
  • Improve Business Processes: Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance business processes, driving innovation and research process improvements to unlock untapped business potential.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor applications, identify threats and bugs, and collaborate with relevant departments to troubleshoot solutions and provide analytical solutions to resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate Major Incidents: Coordinate major incidents and problem management, ensuring all resolution steps are executed and addressed, and evaluating documented resolutions and analyzing trends to prevent repeated future problems.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an analyst or techno-functional role, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of e-commerce, technical problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with databases, SQL, HTML, and XML, as well as experience with data and visualization platforms, customer profiling tools, and e-commerce platforms.
