Overview

Fountain Tire High River is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Commercial Tire Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, balance, and rotate passenger and light truck tires and wheels
  • Complete and maintain various safety courses, including Whimis, TIA, and Customer Experience Standards
  • Ensure personal and coworker safety
  • Maintain tire service equipment
  • Perform specialty tire work, such as studding, retreading, and nitrogen inflation
  • Assist with inventory management

Working Conditions:

  • Team environment with a focus on hard work, clear communication, and safety
  • Consistent lifting of weights up to 55lbs
  • Unpredictable, physical, and potentially wet or cold working conditions
  • Nearly constant standing, crouching, or kneeling

Requirements:

  • Experience in tire service or a related field (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
