  • Proactively seek warm leads and referrals utilizing effective sales strategies
  • Accurately evaluate risks and provide clients with customized insurance options
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives and maintain quality benchmarks
  • Efficiently manage the quote to bind process
  • Adhere to underwriting protocols from diverse markets
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions
  • Cultivate a network of Centers of Influence (COI's)
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid RIBO license
  • At least 2 years of experience within the Insurance sector
  • Familiarity with Commercial Lines or Personal Lines is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Capable of multitasking and working autonomously
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship development
