Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Seniors Wellness. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Job Summary:

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and education to clients in a variety of settings, including long-term care facilities, retirement communities, and private homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and needs
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on topics such as safety, mobility, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Document client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Provincial Association of Occupational Therapists
  • ADP Authorization is required
  • Experience in Long Term Care preferred
