About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Wonderland Child Care Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
    • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to support our growth and success.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support our programs and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Establish effective communication channels with staff, stakeholders, and partners to ensure clear understanding of our goals and objectives.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and programs to ensure alignment with our goals and objectives.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • College or CEGEP diploma.
    • Experience
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role.
    • Skills and Abilities
      • Excellent leadership and management skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Work Environment
      • 30 hours per week.
      • Permanent position.
      • English language required.
