Your Opportunity:

We're looking for a Concierge to act as the first point of contact for our community's guests. This individual will provide confidential clerical and receptionist duties, ensuring the daily operation of the retirement residence runs smoothly and efficiently in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and respond to routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate service team members.
• Receive and coordinate the distribution of incoming mail, and process outgoing mail.
• Provide exceptional service and interact with residents and their families in a professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of office procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with residents, service team members, and guests.
