We are the newest member of Sobeys Inc.'s retail food offering which serves the needs of Canadians with more than 1,500 stores in over 800 communities from coast-to-coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care and exceed patients' expectations.
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete associated documentation.
  • Collect relevant patient, drug, and medical condition information.
  • Identify and resolve actual and potential drug-related problems.
  • Monitor and optimize medication adherence.
  • Provide patient counseling tailored to the needs and concerns of the patient.
  • Understand all pharmacy offerings and provide each patient with a personalized interaction and intervention if appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility.
  • Authorization to Administer Injections.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
