Overview:
Colgate-Palmolive, a global leader in consumer products, is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the replenishment of finished goods to our Distribution Centers. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products are available to meet customer demands efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between Production Planners and Demand Planners to guarantee timely product availability at Distribution Centers.
- Address any issues that may affect product supply with Network Planning Managers.
- Effectively utilize Advanced Planning Optimiser to maximize system capabilities and share best practices.
- Conduct daily reviews of Advanced Planning Optimiser alerts and communicate findings to production planners.
- Regularly report on Out of Stock situations and coordinate replenishment actions as necessary.
- Analyze discrepancies between projected demand and actual sales to prevent unnecessary inventory accumulation.
- Manage the replenishment process for product launches, re-launches, and discontinuations.
- Meet customer-focused Key Performance Indicators while optimizing inventory and distribution costs.
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to enhance the replenishment and inventory management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in supply planning.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with Google Tools such as Gmail and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with SAP APO is a plus.
