About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Martial Arts Instructor to join our team at DCS Fitness & Martial Arts LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging martial arts training programs for individuals and groups
  • Plan and execute recreational, fitness, and sports activities that promote physical activity and well-being
  • Lead and instruct groups and individuals in various martial arts disciplines
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for participants by adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Supervise and mentor a team of up to 10 staff members
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in martial arts instruction and training
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Basic security clearance and a satisfactory criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
