Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead to join our Core Product Solutions (CORE) Identity Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our authentication systems and ensuring the highest level of security and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of our authentication systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing feedback and coaching to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, project leaders, UX designers, and Quality Assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
- Design and implement new technologies and approaches, ensuring they align with our company's vision and goals.
- Work closely with customer support to resolve authentication issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in daily huddles and other Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Proven experience as a technical lead or senior software engineer, with a strong background in authentication systems and security.
- Ability to provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Experience with modern front-end JavaScript libraries, such as ReactJS, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Object-oriented experience with languages such as Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Golang, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of client-server architecture and building web services using REST or GraphQL.
- Knowledge of coding best practices for security and performance.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL database systems, such as MySQL, Mongo, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.
- Experience with developing in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Experience in full SDLC development, including design, building, testing, deployment, upgrade, and support.
- Agile software development experience, including Test Driven Development and Pair Programming.
