Position Overview

Marlow Properties (B.C.) Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish various types of flooring.
  • Dusting: Regularly dust furniture and surfaces to maintain a clean appearance.
  • Carpet Care: Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Bed Maintenance: Make beds and change sheets to ensure guest comfort.
  • Linen Management: Stock and organize the linen closet efficiently.
  • Sanitation: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Operating Room Cleaning: Disinfect operating rooms and other critical areas.
  • Elevator Maintenance: Clean and disinfect elevators regularly.
  • Guest Assistance: Attend to guests' requests for additional supplies or items.
  • General Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language: English is the primary working language.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
