Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure accurate and timely financial records for cleaning supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
