Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Modern Sports Physio & Wellness Centre.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning and implementing physiotherapy programs, and supervising technical and support staff. They will also be required to maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, and teach and/or supervise exercises to patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs, including exercises, apparatus, and manipulations
  • Supervise technical and support staff, including physiotherapy assistants and students
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Confer with other health professionals, including doctors, nurses, and other therapists
  • Teach and/or supervise exercises to patients, including manual therapy and exercise programs
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures, including assessments and evaluations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Experience in sports therapy, orthopedics, acute care therapy, or chronic care therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
