We are seeking a skilled Physician, Family to join our team at Medicentres.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as provide vaccinations and inoculations.
- Advise patients on health care and provide counseling and support on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
- Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health-related information to government authorities.
- Provide acute care management and work in a fast-paced environment.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Experience in a family medicine setting is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
