About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2779571 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store displays.
    • Ensure that all sales floor activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve growth.
  • Store Maintenance and Organization
    • Ensure that the sales floor is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards.
    • Oversee the maintenance of store fixtures, displays, and equipment, ensuring that all are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Language and Communication
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment and Conditions
    • Fast-paced environment.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
