About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our team at Powder King Mountain Resort Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily operations of our night shift team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated employees to support our resort's operations.
  • Manage Resources: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure that all necessary resources are available to support our night shift operations.
  • Work Setting: Our resort operates in a remote location, and our night shift team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Work Environment: Our night shift team works in a fast-paced environment, and must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field. Alternatively, you may have equivalent experience.
