Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored, and that merchandise is displayed attractively.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied with their experience.
  • Store Operations: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
