This is a key leadership role that oversees the strategic direction and operational management of Fleming College's ancillary business units. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership to drive business growth, improve student experience, and enhance revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement integrated business plans to support student success and sustainable business development.
- Provide operational leadership to multiple ancillary business units, including the Campus Store, food services, OneCard operations, Parking, Conference & Events Services, and Information Booths.
- Oversee long-term financial forecasts, facility planning, and contract administration to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including operators, student associations, and campus partners, to deliver services that enhance the campus experience and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- 3-year diploma in a related field of study.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a leadership role, including budget development and management, facility management, and experience managing multi-functions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in employee motivation, development, team building, and human resource management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build consensus, negotiate, and influence.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity in emotionally difficult situations.
- Software proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and web-based platforms.
