About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Lakeland Grill. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Follow proper sanitation and food safety procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
