Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar retail supervisory role, preferably within the pharmacy industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with SIR cash register systems is an asset.
