We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at New Star Renovation Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, finishing, and installing various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to create structures and features.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects.
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for clients.
  • Install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the trade.
  • Client focus and reliability.
  • Ability to work in various locations and environments.
