Senior Project Manager - ICI

Michael Page International Canada Limited is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our ICI projects in Ottawa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers, ensuring effective project control.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in ICI construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Certification such as PMP, P.Eng, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
