Job Title: Form Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Form Carpenter to join our team at Reimar Construction and Forming. As a Form Carpenter, you will be responsible for preparing layouts, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures
Work Environment:

As a Form Carpenter, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often at heights, in noisy, dusty, and outdoors conditions. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work long hours, and be physically demanding.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty conditions
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
