Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of our inventory, both physically and digitally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the inventory of products, ensuring that quantities match physical and digital records.
  • Oversee the document management of the department, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in the implementation and improvement of departmental software and systems.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Develop and maintain codes for the product catalog, including equipment and consumables.
  • Manage and track warranties for tools and equipment, in collaboration with the purchasing team.
  • Manage the calibration of surveying equipment and safety accessories in the MIR software.
  • Participate in the management of non-conformities and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental software, including MIR and Maestro.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Experience with Maestro and MIR software is an asset.
  • Knowledge and application of LEAN concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of English is an asset.
  • AEC experience in procurement and/or DEC in accounting and management is an asset.
