Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Work Environment

The position requires flexibility as work will be conducted at various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
  • Repair cracks and holes to maintain the integrity of surfaces.
  • Mix paints to achieve the desired color and texture.
  • Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other materials to walls.
  • Advise clients on color selections and wall covering options.
  • Erect scaffolding and swing stages as necessary for safe access.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the job.
