Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integrations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integrations within our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure data integrations in and out of our platform, working closely with Customer Success Managers and onboarding teams.
  • Assist customers with data imports, exports, and technical queries, becoming the go-to expert for our data ingestion and egress products.
  • Design and introduce new technical integrations with customers, working with vendors and partners as needed.
  • Support the Customer Success team in implementing integrations with customers, liaising with customers directly as required.
  • Create custom data exports for customers using SQL.
  • Develop data pipelines for customers using C# and Azure Data Factory.
  • Provide advice to onboarding teams on customer exports and data integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships, to develop technical solutions to customer problems.
  • Represent Enable International positively in external calls with customers and potential prospects about technical topics.
Requirements
  • Experience working with ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines.
  • Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and enterprise-scale data stores, with the ability to write performant SQL queries.
  • Ability to confidently present product and technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Confidence in creating small C# snippets to transform data structures.
  • Knowledge of software tooling, including Git, CI/CD, deployment tools, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps practices.
