We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner, Light Duty to join our team at GMT Maintenance Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Sweeping and Mopping: Ensure all floors are clean and free of debris, using a variety of cleaning solutions and equipment.
- Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish floors and surfaces to a high shine.
- Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Trash and Recycling: Empty trash and recycling containers, and replace liners as needed.
- Window Cleaning: Clean all windows, walls, and ceilings to a high standard.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all areas are clean and tidy.
- Work Term: This is a permanent, full-time position.
- Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Hours of Work: 35-40 hours per week.
