Position Overview

Kinsman Construction Limited is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Construction Site Worker. This position requires no formal education, as training will be provided on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport various construction materials efficiently.
  • Material Preparation: Mix, pour, and spread essential materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assistance in Construction: Support the medical examiner in charge and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline projects.
  • Framing and Structural Support: Aid in framing houses, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
  • Site Maintenance: Level earth to meet fine grade specifications and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
Work Environment

This role is characterized by a fast-paced atmosphere that is physically demanding, with tight deadlines and the need for manual dexterity. Candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and potential overtime.

Weight Handling

Ability to handle weights of up to 45 kg (100 lbs) is required.

Equipment Requirements

Steel-toed safety boots are mandatory for this position.
