We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Sunwest RV Centre Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services and repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and statistics to track customer satisfaction and service performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
