We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Fraser Health. As a key member of our Health Informatics department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of electronic health information systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct business process re-engineering and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement health information systems and business practices to support electronic health information capture and utilization
- Ensure the development and maintenance of electronic health records for Fraser Health
- Support the development of business processes to facilitate care provider access to electronic health information systems
- Participate in strategic planning and change management services to support the implementation of electronic health information systems
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems Management or a related field
- 2-4 years of recent related business and systems analysis experience in a medium to large sized organization
- Experience with electronic health information systems, such as Meditech PARIS and/or Intrahealth Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
