Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Medicine Hat. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, sourcing additional products, and receiving and processing orders via the counter.
  • Offer product knowledge and expertise to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Maintain the showroom and counter shelves, ensuring a clean and organized environment for customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of prior counter sales/warehouse experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to impart knowledge.
