Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring they are properly sorted and processed.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including creating digital records using a scanner and transferring handwritten data to Excel or Word documents.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
