Job Title: ECE Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ECE Assistant to join our team at Mom's Pride Childcare Services Ltd. As an ECE Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our early childhood educators in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
  • Support the daily routine of the childcare centre, including preparing materials, setting up activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Engage children in activities that promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Observe children and record their progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other staff members to ensure a smooth and collaborative approach to childcare.
Requirements:
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
