Role Summary

We are in search of a proficient Production Machine Specialist to oversee the functionality of our production machinery, ensuring seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and configure production machinery for operation
  • Operate equipment for material processing and shaping
  • Conduct maintenance activities, including tool replacement and sharpening
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of machinery
  • Monitor product quality and maintain a tidy workspace
  • Follow company policies and adhere to safety regulations
  • Complete required documentation and reporting
  • Assist management with various tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in a production setting
  • Forklift certification is advantageous
  • Strong communication and numerical skills
  • Familiarity with tool and die fabrication
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Experience with industrial machinery
  • Knowledge of quality control standards is a plus
