Director of IT Strategy

March Networks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT Strategy to lead our technology vision and drive business growth.
About the Role
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for our IT function, aligning with the company's overall strategy and business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that drives business value and efficiency.
- Oversee all IT functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure effective utilization of IT resources.
- Recruit and develop IT staff to align with IT objectives and corporate needs.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology field, including new product development and implementation.
- 8 years of progressively responsible IT management experience, inclusive of senior level technology related strategic planning, budgeting, and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, Cloud backup, Disaster Recovery, and Unified Communications.
- Expertise in implementing and managing software solutions in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), E-Commerce solutions, and Middleware.
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a technology related discipline.
