Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Lo and Behold Floor Epoxy Coating. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting skilled tradespersons in various construction tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Assist skilled tradespersons
Requirements:
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling
  • Own tools and equipment, including steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, and gloves
  • Personal suitability: accurate, dependable, reliable, team player, hardworking
Work Environment:
  • On the road job
  • 35 hours per week
  • Dental plan, paramedical services coverage
