About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Rentals Manager to join our team at NAI Goddard & Smith Realty Services Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the rental process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and tenants, and maintaining accurate records of operating expenses and income.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases

Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring that terms are met and mutually beneficial.

Property Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of rental properties, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and renovations, and monitoring progress and costs.

Staff Supervision

Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Record Keeping

Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports as needed.

Client Communication

Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Setting

Experience working in property management companies or real estate management companies is an asset.
