About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom. As an AV Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering internal and external projects, with a focus on customer deployment projects.

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of AV technology, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with various departments to ensure successful deployments and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment Support
    • Provide technical support to our partners to ensure successful deployments.
    • Develop and maintain documentation to aid in the deployment of each project.
  • Solution Validation and Delivery Framework Definition
    • Work with Solutions and Accounts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
    • Develop a delivery strategy and define a project scope of work to ensure successful deployment of proposed solutions.
  • System Setup and Integration
    • Ensure proper setup of all required devices and software for deployment phase of each project.
    • Develop and implement API and scripting to automate delivery processes.
  • Hand Off to Customer Success
    • Validate each deployment to ensure no deployment deficiencies before hand off to Customer Success.
    • Provide Customer Success with required documentation and training to ensure understanding of deployment project's technical implementation.
  • Partner Enablement
    • Develop and deliver supporting documentation and training to ensure partners are ready to execute on their deliverables.
    • Partner with Business partners, internal partners, and Client partners to ensure successful deployments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or relevant college diploma in IT or similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client or technician support.
  • Experience in deployment and integration of multi-device solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking, screen, and media player device support and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Linux is highly preferred.
  • Background in one of the following disciplines: Network Design, Data design, Implementation/Execution, Customer Success, Automation.
  • Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team-player with exceptional technical support communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, diverse environment with change as the only constant.
  • Adaptable and flexible to new technologies.
