Willow Wellness Inc. is a holistic health center located in a vibrant community, dedicated to promoting wellness and healing through a variety of therapeutic practices. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a passionate Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a focus on pediatrics and youth.

Role Overview

As an Independent Contractor, you will utilize your advanced clinical expertise to foster high levels of client engagement and positive health outcomes. We value exceptional service and are committed to ongoing professional development, aligning with our core principles of kindness, connection, diversity, and integrity.

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will be available for part-time work, with some flexibility in scheduling. There is potential for transitioning to full-time hours if desired. Experience in movement disciplines such as fitness or yoga is advantageous but not mandatory. A trauma-informed approach and an understanding of health-at-every-size principles are essential.

Team Collaboration

Joining our team means becoming part of a dynamic group of professionals, including Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Social Workers, Reflexologists, and Yoga/Meditation instructors. Together, we strive to deliver comprehensive and holistic care to our clients and the community.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Valid registration in good standing with a recognized Ontario Association (such as the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners or Ostcan)
  • Liability Insurance
  • A strong commitment to collaborative practice

Work Schedule

  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Weekend availability as needed
