Sales Supervisor Job Description

SPOKE HAVEN is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of sales experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Language Training: Facilitate access to language training for newcomers and refugees.
  • Skills Training: Provide skills training to support social and labour market integration.
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs to pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
  • Cultural Competency Training: Provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment.
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Hiring Policies: Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
  • Mentorship: Offer mentorship programs to pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
