    • Remove bones from meat
    • Weigh meats for sale
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Sell meats to customers
    • Price meat products
  • Equipment and Machinery Operation
    • Operate band saws, manual cutting utensils, power grinders, sausage machines, and slicing machines
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field

Working Conditions
