- Collaboration: Collaborate with other business verticals to gather requirements ensuring the product built meets the needs of the business.
- Integration: Liaison with 3rdparty service providers to understand how to integrate their services into the platform.
- Market Analysis: Perform competitive analysis to understand the market and to seek out good user practices.
- Research and Development: Research technology trends to find new, creative ways to solve old problems.
- Compliance: Learn the regulations, including responsible gaming practices, needed for compliance in the jurisdictions where the business operates.
- User Experience: Be an advocate for the end user, implementing an intuitive and robust user experience.
- Reporting: Reporting to the Director of Product.
- Product Development Life Cycle: Documenting and managing the product development life cycle to ensure smooth releasing of product feature in priority order.
- Communication: Timely interdepartmental communications with the goal to inform the key stakeholders on upcoming development release activities.
- Product Development Experience: Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Technical Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the Apple app submission process.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills – proven good working relationship with development teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Previous Experience: Previous mobile and web development experience is preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to new environments, and the ability to identify, propose and implement changes and improvements.
- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
