Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Ontario Transport Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading our organization and implementing our strategic plans. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business operations, management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains competitive
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of success in business operations and management
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
