Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of customer service, providing friendly and efficient interactions with guests, clients, and colleagues.
- Ensure all assigned areas, including corridors and ancillary spaces, are clean, neat, and sanitary, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures.
- Inspect and utilize cleaning techniques as outlined in orientation guidelines, demonstrating efficient and safe use of equipment and solutions.
- Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment, while employing universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
- Keep carts stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring accurate labeling and proper functioning of equipment.
- Promote effective interpersonal relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times, and assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
- Demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competence by adhering to component and departmental training commitments.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
- Ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
This role may involve physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
Pay rate: $17.45
