About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team at Hta Products Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Utilize manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to establish, maintain, and balance various accounts.
  • Payroll and Tax Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, prepare tax returns, and reconcile accounts.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
Work Environment

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
