ECOMM Pet Nutrition Advisor

Are you passionate about pets and pet nutrition? Do you have a knack for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a highly motivated and pet-loving individual to join our team as an ECOMM Pet Nutrition Advisor.

About the Role:

As an ECOMM Pet Nutrition Advisor, you will be responsible for representing Royal Canin and building relationships with pet parents. You will provide product knowledge, benefits, and promotions to help increase sales and build brand awareness. Your passion for pets and pet nutrition will shine through in your interactions with customers, and you will be fully trained and certified by Premium to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit pet owners into the Royal Canin online store
  • Build and maintain relationships with pet parents
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help increase sales
  • Build brand awareness and affinity through online and phone interactions
  • Delight pet parents with personalized recommendations for their pet's nutrition

Requirements:

  • Pet enthusiast with a passion for helping others
  • Great communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working with pets (preferred, but not required)
