Cyber Underwriting Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cyber Underwriting Leader to join our team at Liberty Mutual. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our cyber strategy and driving profitable underwriting across our business segments.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with our global team to develop and implement a comprehensive cyber strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Cyber Risk Management: Work closely with our underwriting teams to identify and mitigate cyber risks, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible protection.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of underwriters and underwriting managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of our cyber strategy.
- Cyber Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our cyber products, working closely with our actuarial team to ensure accurate pricing and risk assessment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Represent our organization as an external point of contact for cyber-related matters, engaging with stakeholders to promote our cyber capabilities and services.
- At least 10+ years of underwriting experience, with a strong background in cyber risk management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful cyber strategies.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- International experience, with the ability to operate in a global business environment.
