Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer locations to analyze product requirements and develop strategies for efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare goods for delivery and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.

  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including filling machines and barcoding shelves.
  • Troubleshoot customer inventory issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless inventory management and delivery processes.
  • Utilize company-provided vehicles to transport goods and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
