Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at RLC INC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operating various types of heavy machinery and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy machinery including backhoe excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
  • Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating, and refilling equipment tanks.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate logs of operations and complete necessary documentation.
  • Execute minor repairs and adjustments to machinery as needed.
Types of Equipment

The operator will be proficient in handling:

  • Backhoe excavators
  • Bulldozers
  • Front end loaders
  • Dump trucks
  • Forklifts
  • Bobcats
Experience Requirements

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
  • Experience in tasks such as excavation, grading, and land clearing.
Work Environment

This position is temporary and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The primary language of work will be English.
