At Sustainable Produce Urban Delivery Inc., we're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team as Senior Vice President, Brand Marketing. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, innovation, and brand development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that engages customers across online and retail channels.
  • Partner with leadership and owners to advise on marketing initiatives, brand strategy, and customer attraction, retention, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to improve online and retail basket value.
  • Work with Finance to relaunch our Membership program, focusing on a value-added model to drive lifetime value and retention.
  • Partner with Product Management to improve online customer retention in the early stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with agency partners and media vendors to attract and retain new customers, improving New Customer Order.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage the marketing team through OKRs, striving for continuous improvement and pivots where needed.
  • Implement new brand positioning across all efforts and channels, guiding all departments to align with the new positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends and help the Senior Management Team set core priorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience and education.
  • A minimum of three to five years in a Director-level position, or equivalent, specifically in ecommerce, retail, or B2C Marketing.
  • 10 years of Marketing experience, ideally in online/ecommerce and/or retail organizations with high-touch offerings.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, analytics, and Google Adwords.
  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment, managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Collaboration and business case building are key skills required.
  • Analytical – ability to understand and present data to prove and disprove strategies and opportunities.
